Icy road blamed for Adair County injury collision By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Adair Co., KY - Tpr. Clint Walker is investigating a single vehicle injury collision that occurred at 10:30amCT, today, Thursday, February 10, 2011. Harrison Smith, 61 years old, of Columbia was operating a 2002 Ford Ranger Pickup traveling north on KY 0768. The vehicle crossed a patch of ice on the road and caused Smith to lose control of the vehicle, run off the roadway and strike a ditch. Smith was not wearing a seatbelt and was treated and released at Westlake Regional Hospital, Columbia, KY.
