Obituary: Mrs. Betty Jeffries London, Knob Lick, KY (1943-2011)

She was a member of a respected North Metcalfe Co., KY family and a former employee of Westlake Regional Hospital and Jane Todd Crawford Hospital.

Mrs. Betty Jeffries London, age 67 of Knob Lick, Kentucky, passed away Friday at the U of L Hospital in Louisville, KY.

The funeral Services for Mrs. Betty Jeffries London will be conducted at 11amCT, Monday, February 7, 2011, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Bowles Cemetery in Center, KY. Visitation is requested from 4pm-8pmCT,, Sunday, February 6, 2011, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Monday, until time of the funeral service.

Betty Jeffries London was born Saturday, May 22, 1943 and died Friday, February 4, 2011, in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY, at the age of 67 years, 8 months, and 13 days.

She was a former employee of Westlake Regional Hospital and Jane Todd Crawford Hospital.

Survived by her husband, James Dell London of Knob Lick, KY, and the following:.A daughter and son-in-law: Amy and Chad Ferguson of Richmond, KY
  • A son: Ralph O'Dell London of Bowling Green, KY

  • A step-daughter and her husband: Jamie and Ricky Hines of Hodgenville, KY

  • Two sisters: Lorene Rena Perkins, and Allene Miller and her husband Darrell all of Louisville, KY

  • One brother: Clevis "Kee" Jeffries of Greensburg, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Tristen Hines, Savannah Hines, and Spencer Hines all of Hodgenville, KY

  • Four nieces and Nephews: Veronica and Randy Davidson and Mike and Debbie Perkins
  • The Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, in charge of arrangements.
