Possibly under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, maybe not, but for full disclosure: CM would note that Melissa Stone is the Aunt of Future Problem Solver Wesley Stone (the brown-eyed Stone in the group, whom some say bears at least a little resemblance to Columbia-Adair Utilities GM Lennon Stone, Ms. Stone's brother. -EW
