Obituary: Roberta Jackson, 76, Russell Co., KY

She was a member of the Fairview Separate Baptist Church and a home health caregiver

Roberta Jackson, 76, N. Hwy 55, Jamestown Ky, died Saturday, January 29, at Forest Creek Nursing Home, Indianapolis, IN.

The funeral will be at 12pm noon CT, Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, With Bro. Donnie Coffey officiating. Burial will be in Ragan Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10amCT, Tuesday, February 1, 2011.



Roberta Jackson, Russell Co., KY (1934-2011)

Roberta Jackson was born in Jamestown, KY, May 31, 1934. She was the daughter of Lula Shearer. She died January 29, 2011, in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN, at the age of 76 years, 7 months, and 29 days.

She was a home health caregiver. She was a member of Fairview Separate Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Franklin Jackson.

She is survived by the following:
  • Two children: Sheila Randolph, Alpharetta, GA; and Robert Neal Jackson, Russell Springs, Ky

  • Two grandchildren: Heather Jackson and Eli Jackson.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimers Association.Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY, in charge of arrangements.
