Mr. James Allen Maynard, age 67, of Burkesville, KY passed away Monday, December 27, 2010 at the Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. James Allen Maynard will be held on Sunday January 2, 2011 at 2pmCT in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 North Main ST, Burkesville, KY Visitation will be after 10amCT on Saturday January 1, 2011 until time of service on Sunday. Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery, 700 West 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN, on Monday January 3, 2011 at 12pm noon ET.

He is survived by his wife, Stella Racic Maynard of Burkesville, KY, and the following:
  • His children: Kimberly Parda of Bunnlevel, NC; and Natalie Taylor of Moraine, OH

  • His step-daughter: Dancia Downing of Indianapolis, IN

  • His sister: Diana Lee Lewis of Hartsville, TN, several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
