Nona M. Hadley Neat age 88 years of Columbia, KYpassed away Thursday, December 23, 2010at 2:32pmCT at Westlake Regional Hospital after illness

Funeral service Monday, December 27, 2010 at 10amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Scott Ezell the officiating clergy. Interment will be in the McClister Cemetery, 4236 Fairplay RD, Columbia, KY, in the Fairplay Community. Visitation after 3:30pmCT Sunday, December 26, 2010, at the funeral home.



Nona M. Hadley Neat, Adair Co., KY (1922-2010)

She was born on Friday, December 8, 1922 in Adair Co., KY. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Orlena Coomer Lawhorn. She died Thursday, December 23, 2010, in Columbia, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 88 years, 1 month, and 15 days.

Survived by the following:
  • Four sons: Bro. Ralph Hadley and wife Bobbie, Bro. Elbert Hadley and wife Edith, Dallas Hadley and wife Julie and Carnell Hadley and wife Debbie, all of Columbia, KY

  • Two daughters: Joyce Fair of Columbia, KY, andWanda Helm and husband Roy Bud of Columbia, KY

  • Grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, step great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends
She attended the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene and was retired from Oshkosh in Columbia, KY

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
