Charles Marshburn answers a census question To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I worked for the census bureau this year. Wherever you lived on census day (April 1st) was where you were counted. If you were incarcerated in a correctional facility on April 1 you weren't counted at the residence where you normally resided but would be counted by another census worker in the facility where you were incarcerated -Charles Marshburn Above comments re article 41250: Charles Marshburn raises a census question This story was posted on 2010-12-18 12:03:59
