The graveside service will be at 11amET, Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Jones Chapel Cemetery, on the Taylor/Casey County line on Bass Ridge RD, Elkhorn, KY, by Rev. Jimmie Knifley. There will be no visitation. Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, in charge of arrangements. Murrel Jay Kessell, Jefferson Co., KY (1942-2010) Murrel Jay Kessel, was the son of Sidney Kessel and Ruth Jones Kessel Frankel. He was born August 29, 1942, in Jefferson Co., KY. He died Tuesday, December 7, 2010 in Washington Court House, Fayette Co, OH at the age of 68 years, 3 months, and 8 days. He united in marriage to Pauline Kessel. She preceded him in death in 1998. He is survived by the following:
