Terry E. Forcht named to KY Economic Development board From Commonwealth News Service Gov. Beshear has appointed Terry E. Forcht as a member of the Kentucky Economic Development Partnership Board to serve for a term expiring October 1, 2014. Terry E. Forcht, of Corbin, has had extensive financial services, real estate and broadcast holdings in Columbia, KY and in several surrounding counties over the past four decades. He is the chairman and chief executive officer of the Forcht Group of Kentucky, Inc. He represents the Fifth Congressional District on the Kentucky Economic Development Partnership Board and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
