Adair Health Dept. walk-in flu clinic Oct. 7, 2010 The Adair County Health Department, 801 Westlake DR, Columbia, KY, will be having a walk-in flu clinic from 8:00 am until 3:30pmCT, on Thursday, October 7, 2010.
