Samuel Dean Skaggs, age 50, of Russell Co, KY, formerly of Taylor Co., KY died Sunday, September 27, 2010 in Russell County.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11amET/10amCT, Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home by Bro. Bob McCann. Burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878


Samuel Dean Skaggs, Russell Co., KY (1960-2010)

Samuel Dean Skaggs was born March 20, 1960. He died, September 27, 2010 in Russell Co. KY at the age of 50 years, 6 months, and 7 days.

He is survived by the following:
  • His father and step-mother, Garland and Dodie Skaggs of Campbellsville, KY

  • His mother, Sue Skaggs Ursury of Louisville, KY

  • Two brothers: Robert Skaggs of Hodgenville, KY; and Mike Skaggs of Campbellsville, KY

  • One sister,: Donna Fitzgerald, Franklin, IN.
Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home, 503 East Main ST, Campbellsville, KY, in charge of arrangements.Family request visitation 5-8 PM, Tuesday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.
