Obituary: Ronald Gene Neuhauser, 69, Green Co., KY

He was a construction worker for Holmes Construction Company and was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves

Mr. Ronald Gene Neuhauser of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Everett James Neuhauser and Mary Hill Neuhauser, was born on Friday, February 28, 1941 in Newton, KS, and departed this life on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at his home in Green Co., KY. He was 69 years, six months and 21 days of age.



He was a construction worker for Holmes Construction Company and was a veteran having served in the United States Army Reserve.

He united in marriage to Margaret Easther Southworth who preceded him in death on June 11, 1993.

Survivors include the following:
  • Three sons and a daughter: Ronald Gene Jackson of Kansas, Eva Marie Meadows of Greensburg, KY; Everett Leonard James Neuhauser of Kansas and Billy Wayne Neuhauser of New Mexico

  • Four brothers and three sisters: Robert "Bob" Neuhauser of Texas, Virginia Miller-Lumberg of Colorado, Dottie Brandefine of California, Alan Neuhauser of Tennessee, Helen Everhart of Idaho, Kenneth Neuhauser of Louisiana and Carl Neuhauser of California

  • Four grandchildren

  • Six great-grandchildren

  • And a host of other relatives and friends.
The family chose cremation and there will be a private family visitation only.

Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home are in charge of the arrangements.
