Campbellsville driver injured in Lebanon, KY collisions Car making turn struck by Freightline, then strikes 2006 Ford, in US 68 collisions south of Lebanon, KY By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Trooper Fred Cornett is investigating a collision that occurred Thursday, September 23, 2010, at 2:45pmET on US HWY 68, approximately 1 mile west of Lebanon, KY. 25 year old Jennifer Skaggs of Campbellsville, KY, was operating a 2001 Pontiac westbound on US HWY 68. Skaggs attempted a left-hand turn, pulling into the path of a 2003 Freightliner, which was being operated by 36 year old Benjamin Schumacher, of Paris, KY After being struck by the Freightliner, Skaggs' vehicle then struck a 2006 Ford, which was being operated by James Pennington, 68 years of age, of Liberty, KY Skaggs was not wearing a seatbelt, and was treated and released from Spring View Hospital, Lebanon, KY.
