Recovering from dirt bike accident On September 5, 2010, Timothy Minton was involved in a horrific dirt bike accident at a track in Edmonson Co., KY. After being flown to Vanderbilt and having extensive surgery Timothy is recovering, but has a long road ahead of him. His wife Christin has been at his side throughout the whole incident. With that being said, both of them have been off work and have had numerous doctor bills stacked against them. The doctors estimate he will be off work for 6 to 9 months depending on his recovery rate. The community of Smiths Grove has come together to help this young family out. The farmers of Smiths Grove and Warren County started shelling Tim's corn today, Wednesday, September 22, 2010. Submitted by Wendell Strode This story was posted on 2010-09-22 18:37:03
