An Organ Donor saved the life of beloved uncle A 'kindest act' changed writer's family's life forever About: Organ Donation Registry The need to join is right in Adair Co KY By Dawn Baker Becoming an organ donor is one of the kindest acts of giving a person can perform. My uncle was diagnosed a few years ago with a liver disease that would have been fatal had he not been the recipient of a donor liver. Anyone who knows my uncle, Harry Kimbler, knew that he did not have much longer here on this earth, but with one call his (and our) life changed forever. The gift of life that the donor family gave to us and him will never be forgotten. I urge everyone to register now. -Dawn Baker Register Online Now: This may be the kindest act you could ever do.To participate in the program, visit the KY Trust for Life Website at Donate Life Kentucky Or, Visit you Local Circuit Court Clerk's office.
