He had been an Ashland Oil distributor and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church Delmas Thomas, 86, Rose ST, Russell Springs, KY, died Friday, August 27, 2010, at his home. The funeral service will be Monday, August 30, 2010, at 10amCT, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY with Rev. Carroll Egnew the officiating clergy. Special music will be rendered by Susan Peck, Tonya Meece, and Robin Riddle. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, 4790 KY 80, Somerset, KY. Pallbearers will be Kyle Thomas, Stuart Johnson, Kerry Thomas, Danny Blair, Jackie Blair, and David Hale. Delmas Thomas, Russell Co., KY (1924-2010) He was the son of the late Elsie Hale and Loren Thomas. He was born in Adair Co., KY, on June 3, 1924, and died in Russell Springs, Russell Co., KY, at the age of 86 years, 2 months, and 24 days. He had been a fuel distributor for Ashland Oil Products and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Demrea Thomas and Vester Thomas. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wilma Blair Thomas.He is survived by his wife, Fern Baldock Thomas, and the following:
