Mrs. Mildred Lile Kessler, age 77 years, of the Pierce Community of Green Co., KY, passed away early Thursday, July 8, 2010, in Campbellsville, KY, at the Medco Center.

The funeral service for Mrs. Mildred Lile Kessler, will be conducted Sunday, July 11, 2010, at 1pmCT, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Kidd Cemetery in Green Co. KY. The family requests visitation from 3:30- 9pmCT, Saturday, July 10, 2010, and after 7amCT, Sunday, July 11, 2010, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg.

Mildred Lile Kessler was born Saturday, August 6, 1932, and died Thursday, July 8, 2010, in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 77 years, 11 months, and 2 days.

Survivors include the following:
  • Two daughters and sons-in-law: Gail and Rev. Ronda Arnett of Grab and Rebecca and David Handy of Green Co, KY

  • A brother: Richard Lile and his wife Marjorie of Hardyville, KY

  • Three sisters: Lucy Piper of Greensburg, KY; Roberta Marrett and her husband Paul Green of Lebanon, KY; and Linda Meadows and her husband James Robert of Glasgow, KY

  • Five grandchildren: Rena and Brian Sprowles of Grab, KY; Regina and Charlie Houk of Greensburg, KY; Ricky and Dana Arnett and Ryan Arnett of Grab, KY; and Camron Handy of Green Co., KY

  • Six great-grandchildren: Brianna Sprowles or Grab, KY; Zeth Houk, Nate Houk and Vallie Houk all of Greensburg, KY; and Jonathan and Tiffany Meadows and Gaige Meadows of Grab, KY

  • One great-great-grandchild: Arbie Grace Meadows of Grab, KY

  • And a host of other relatives and friends.
The Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, in charge of arrangments.
