Fair Food: From the Adair County High School Band By Shamarie Claiborne News from the Adair County Marching Band The Food Concession stands at the Adair County Fair this year are again operated by the Adair County Band, who delighted fairgoers with wonderful food at the 2009 fair. This evening, Saturday, July 3, 2010, the band will have Country Ham Sandwiches, Ribeye Sandwiches Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers, Walking Tacos, Funnel Cakes and all the soft drink and beverage items. For Sunday evening's Fourth of July Fireworks, the band will offer Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers,and Hotdogs plus Drinks, from the Coke Trailer in the entrance parking lot. Starting Monday, July 5, 2010, and continuing until the fair closes on July 10, 2010: All of the band's Fair Food will be available, including breakfast foods in the morning, all the previously mentioned items, and Mike Harris will be serving barbecued brisket.
