Obituary: Rita Phelps, 49, Metcalfe Co., KY She was a member of a respected Metcalfe County family and is warmly remembered by family, friends, and customers who met her at her work at Cee Bee Foods in Edmonton, KY Rita Phelps age 49 of Edmonton died Monday, June 14, 2010 at her home after a long, valiant battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held 2pmCT, Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at Butler Funeral Home 201 East ST, Edmonton, KY with burial in the Garrett Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3pm until 8pmCT, Tuesday, June 15, 2010, and after 9amCT, Wednesday, June 16 at the funeral home. Rita was a former employee of Cee Bee Foods in Edmonton, KY. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Arkley Phelps. Besides her husband, she is survived by the following:
