Elvenois Kirk, 69, of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, KY, after an illness.

Funeral service will be Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 1pmCT, at Living Word Assembly of God Church, Highway 90 East in Burkesville, KY with Rev. Elder Jose' Anders officiating. Burial in the Coe Ridge Cemetery. Visitation from after 10amCT, Saturday, June 19, 2010, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. Burkesville, KY.



Elvenois Kirk, 69, Cumberland Co. KY (1941-2010)

She was born on Monday, May 5, 1941 in Cumberland County, KY. She was the daughter of Ray and Fannie Holman Anders. She died June Saturday, June 13, 2010, in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY at the age of 69 years, 1 months, and 7 days.She was a former employee of Bob Evans Apparel and Cumberland Co. Hospital.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers, David, Stanley, Maceo, Reed Gearld, and Baby "Butch" Anders' and one sister, Easter Coe.Survivors Include the following:
  • Her husband: Lonnie Kirk of Burkesville, KY

  • One son: Tyrone Kirk of Evansville, IN

  • One daughter: Teresa Kirk of Burkesville, KY

  • Two brothers: Judge Anders and Oscar "Bishop" Anders both of Burkesville, KY

  • Four sisters: Zora Alexander of Lexington, KY; Hazel Anders of Burkesville, KY; Barbara Jennings of Calumet Park, IL: and Mary Duncan of Chicago, IL
Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. Burkesville, KY, in charge of arrangements.
