Funeral services will be at 11amET/10amCT, Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY by Rev. Dee H. Wade and Rev. Jim Murphy. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, W. Main ST, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 5-8pmET/4-7pmCT, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.

David Lynn Munford, 57, Campbellsville, son of William M. "Bill" Munford, Jr. and the late Betty Jane Durham Munford was born in Taylor Co., KY, Thursday, June 26, 1952. He died at 9:32 P.M., Friday, June 4, 2010 in Elizabethtown, Hardin County, KY, at the age of 57 years, 11 months, and 9 days.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Bethel First Presbyterian Church.

He was a 1970 graduate of the Campbellsville High School.

He was a retired painting contractor.

Besides his father, William M. (Bill) Munford, Jr. of Campbellsvile, survivors include the following:
  • Two sisters: Jane Miller Munford of Campbellsville, KY, and Debbie Jo Scott of Austin, TX

  • Two nieces: Sami Jo Smith of Campbellsville, KY; and Beth Scott Kennedy and husband, Craig of Charlottesville, VA

  • One great-nephew: Noah Kennedy of Charlottesville, VA

  • Four aunts: Raegena Munford Regets of Hamilton, OH; Carolyn Wethington of Campbellsville, KY; Barbara Jean King of Lexington, KY; and Joanne Trinkle of San Antonio, TX

  • Several other relatives and friends.
