DANVILLE, KY - Heavy rains had postponed the Mid-South Conference Softball Tournament scheduled to conclude Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Millennium Park.

The remaining four teams will conclude the tournament next week at Georgetown College and Lindsey Wilson College.

No. 2-seed Georgetown hosts No. 6-seed St. Catharine College in the first consolation game with the winner advancing to face Campbellsville University. The Georgetown and St. Catharine game is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 4, in Georgetown.

The winner of the Georgetown and St. Catharine game, along with No. 3-seed Campbellsville, travels to top-seed Lindsey Wilson for the remainder of the tournament at Lindsey Wilson Park next weekend. Game times for the weekend games will be announced early next week.

The winner of the tournament receives the MSC's automatic bid into the NAIA National Tournament in Decatur, Ala., May 20-26.

Lindsey Wilson advanced to the tournament finals with a pair of wins on Friday.

The Blue Raiders defeated University of the Cumberlands 3-0 and Campbellsville 11-3 and will play the team that emerges out of the consolation bracket of the double-elimination tournament.

Lindsey Wilson seeks the program's first conference tournament title since 2005
