Why some cancellations aren't posted

We regret that some cancellations are not posted because we do not receive the information we need to make a comprehensive story about the cancellation:For cancellations of events, please send complete information including the 5Ws and an H. Please send:
  • What is being cancelled
  • Where it was to have been held including street and street number and town
  • Who is posting the cancellation, What is being cancelled
  • When the event would have been held and when it is being cancelled
  • Why it is being cancelled
  • And How it happened (if this has a bearing on the announcement.
If cancellation is about an event announced on CM, please send the cancellation using contact button with the entry of ColumbiaMagazine.com.

In all cases, when submitting cancellations, give complete contact information, including your name, phone number and email address. -EW
