She was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church and of a highly regarded Campbellsville, KY family

Mickie Blakeman, 67, Campbellsville, KY died at 3:38pm, Tuesday, April 13, 2010m in San Diego, CA.

Funeral services for Mickie Blakeman was at 11amET/10amCT, Monday, April 19, 2010 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Curtis Slinker. Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg RD, Campbellsville, KY.



Pallbearers were Dylan Blakeman, Ricky Davis, Todd Rogers, Tommy Rogers, and Russ Slinker.

Mickie Blakeman, Taylor Co., KY (1942-2010)

Mickie Blakeman of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late William Jennings Bryan King and Clara Hinton King Smith, was born in Pampa, Gray Co., TX, Saturday, November 14, 1942. She died at 3:38pm, Tuesday, April 13, 2010m in San Diego, San Diego Co., CA, at the age of 67 years, 4 months, and 30 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church.

She united in marriage to Henry E. Blakeman June 22, 1960.

Besides her husband, Henry E. Blakeman of Campbellsville, KY, she is survived by the following:
  • Three sons: Barry Blakeman and wife, Donna, Mark Blakeman and wife, Tammy and Steve Blakeman, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Five grandchildren: Jeffrey Scott Blakeman, Christopher Lynn Blakeman, Matthew Dylan Blakeman, Miranda Star Blakeman and Alex Bryan Blakeman

  • And many other relatives and friends
Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, in charge of arrangements.

The family requests expressions of sympathy donations, which may be made at the funeral home, be Gideon Bibles.
