Mr. Dee Edward McCubbin, age 83, of Louisville, formerly of Green Co., KY, passed away on Thursday, April 1, at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

The funeral services for Mr. Dee Edward McCubbin will be conducted at 11amCT, Monday, April 5, 2010, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Green County Memory Gardens with Military Honors. Visitation is requested from 3:30 to 8pmCT, Sunday, April 4, 2010, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Monday, April 5, 2010 until time of the funeral services.



Mr. Dee Edward McCubbin, Green Co., KY (1926-2010)

Mr. Dee Edward McCubbin was born Friday, September 24, 1926, and died April 1, 2010, in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY, at the age of 83 years, 6 months, and 9 days.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Susan Milby McCubbin of Louisville, KY, and the following:
  • Three sons and one daughter in law: James Edward McCubbin, Larry Wayne McCubbin, and Jeffrey Lee and Melanie McCubbin, all of Louisville, KY

  • One daughter and one son-in-law: Lydia Sue and Jimmy Sanders of Louisville, KY

  • One brother: Harold McCubbin of Summersville, KY

  • Two sisters: Helen Warren of Illinois and Mary Jane Dile of Greensburg, KY

  • Seven grandchildren

  • Two great-grandchildren
Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main ST, Greensburg, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
