Obituary: Lilburn Bradley Sapp, 86, Taylor Co., KY

Lilburn Bradley Sapp, age 86, of Gallatin, TN, formerly of Campbellsville, KY died Tuesday, March 23, 2010 in Lebanon, TN.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 11amCT/10amET, Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home, 503 Main ST, Campbellsville, KY, with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg RD, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Robbie Harmon will be the officiating clergy. The family requests visitation from 5-8pmET/4-7pmCT, Wednesday March 24, 2010 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.



Lilburn Bradley Sapp, formerly of Taylor Co., KY (1924-2010)

Lilburn Bradley Sapp was born Friday, February 29, 1924, and died Monday, March 23, 2010, in Lebanon, Wilson Co., TN, at the age of 86 years, and 23 days.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Tommie Sapp, two brothers Floyd Sapp and Elan Sapp, four sisters Geneva Ruff, Magaline Wise, Helen Harden and Doris Gaines.He is survived by his wife Fannie Belle Sapp of Gallatin, TN, and the following:
  • One son and: daughter-in-law Timothy and Nancy Sapp of Mt. Juliet, TN

  • Two daughters and son-in-law: Paulette and Floyd Thompson and Melva K. Sapp all of Gallatin, TN,

  • Six grandchildren

  • Five great-grandchildren
Lyon-Dewitt Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
