Obituary: Brenda Jo Dickison, 46, Edmonton, KY

She was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker

Brenda Jo Dickison age 46 of Edmonton, KY, died Monday, March 15, 2010 at her home.

Funeral services will be held 11amCT, Thursday, March 18, 2010, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East ST, Edmonton, KYm with burial in the Wilson Cemetery in Monroe Co. KY. Visitation will be from 3pmCT until 8pmCT Wednesday, March 17, 2010, and after 9amCT, Thursday, March 18, 2010, at the funeral home.



She was the daughter of the late Robert Royce and Margaret RunellWilson Pruitt.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son: Matthew "Bubby" Dickison and friend Sarah Lyon of Glasgow, KY

  • Three Daughters: Mindy (Ernie) Rice of Edmonton, KY; Cindy (Chris) Lannan of Newport, TN; and Becky Dickison and friend Josh Morgan of Greensburg, KY

  • Four brothers: Murrell Pruitt of Tompkinsville, KY; Smiley Pruitt of Indiana, Tommy Collins of Auburn, KY; and Boston Pruitt of Indiana.

  • Three sisters: Wanda Peek of Edmonton, KY; Lisa Pruitt of Edmonton, KY; and Rachel Pruitt of Indiana.

  • Three grandchildren: Dakota Lannan, Lucas and Logan Rice
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one son, William Dickison.

Butler Funeral Home, Edmonton, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
