Flag displayed near LBN Parkway needs attention About: Veteran Joe Hare echoes Walter Murley view on flags To ColumbiaMagazine.com: There is a flag between here and Somerset on the South side of The Parkway which is torn to pieces. It is on a flag pole in a field or pasture next to the fence on the Parkway for everyone to see. Maybe, since it is not up close to the house the people who live there may have forgotten it was out there. It needs to be changed out real soon. s/M.E.
