Adair County Health Department will offer free diabetes classes Free Diabetes Classes will be offered at the Adair County Health Department, 801 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY 42728 on April 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2010 from 1pm to 3pmCT. In addition, a class will be offered on Diabetes Basics on March 1, 2010 from 5pm to 7pmCT. The classes will deal with healthy eating, medications, problem solving, activity, and reducing health risks. Each session will cover different topics and include nutrition information, snack, and door prize.
