LWC students create 100 relief care packages for Haiti

COLUMBIA, KY - Members of a Lindsey Wilson College student group prepared 100 care packages Wednesday night for the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti. Students and staff members of the Living in Faith Eternally spiritual group assembled 100 care packages after worship services in the Norma and Glen Hodge Center for Discipleship.



They will give the packages to The United Methodist Committee on Relief, who will distribute them in the Caribbean island nation.A relief drive will also be held at Thursday night's basketball doubleheader between Lindsey Wilson and Campbellsville (KY) University at Biggers Sports Center.

The LWC Student Activities Board and Residence Life office are working with Campbellsville offices to raise money and relief items at the two games.
