Guest speakers will be Columbia Mayor Pat R. Bell and Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton. The President's guests will be the Governor Scholar from Adair County High School, Paige Coomer, daughter of Steve and Lou Ann Coomer, Columbia, KY, and Rogers Scholar, Erin Burris, daughter of Justin and Pam Burris, Columbia, KY.
