Leaders need good downtown paint scheme To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I hope that the leaders of the community can help the empty stores on the Square become occupied to complete the town. But, I hope that the leaders put up rules that keep the buildings with a paint scheme - not some odd paint choice. The town is keeping up with the times in style. M.
