Obituary: Janet Collins, 69, Adair Co, KY She was a member of a respected Adair County family. She formerly operated a popular restaurant on the Square in Downtown Columbia< KY Janet Collins age 69 years of 804 Russell Road, Columbia, Ky. passed away Monday, December 28, 2009 at 1amCT at her home. Funeral service Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 10amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Tim Cooper the officiating clergy. Interment in Grant Cemetery, Hwy. 900, Glensfork, KY. Visitation will be after 4:30pm, Tuesday, December 29, 2009, at the funeral home. Janet Collins, 69, Adair Co., KY (1940-2009) She was born June 1, 1940, the daughter of the late Robert and Annie Phillips Druin and died December 28, 2009, at the age of 69 years, 6 months, and 27 days. She was a businesswoman and had operated a popular restaurant on the Square in Columbia, KY for some time. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Lee Collins on February 22, 2000 and one brother, Austin Druin. Survived by the following:
