Fond memories of Casey, but it's time to move on

He'll support the new school
About: ACES Principal Assistant Principal for CWC

By John Ford

Hi Ed, John Ford here and I just wanted to weigh in on the tax issue... the other day Mr. Bault called and asked me to measure for commercial floor tile at CWC.

While measuring I asked the teacher what had happened to cause such discoloration of the floor and she informed me that one of the big heaters had sprung a leak and poured oil over an area of about eight feet by twenty feet.

These are just the types of things that Mrs. Jones and her staff have to deal with every day while trying to teach the kids. When doing computer work for the school system, Casey was my favorite school to work at, the building was hard to deal with but working around children of that age was a real pleasure. Here is a good story if you want to include it.
The I.T. department at school could not figure out how when I went to CWC I was getting my job done so quickly... for instance if I had a program to install on six computers, I would be completely done and back at the office in an hour when it s hould have taken the bulk of my day. When they finally asked me how I was doing it, I informed them that I had all the help I needed at Casey... You see, I would get five volunteers from the class, turn my monitor around to where they could see and tell them to follow what I did, I would the lead them through the network and together we would install all six machines at once!
I have fond memories of the time I spent at CWC, but it is time to move on.

I also know there are a lot of people in the county who are in a financial tight spot right now and I don't expect a favorable outcome in this election - but for myself, I will support it.
