CWC: No problem with tax, but questions maintenance policy About: The difference 21 per person per year can make To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I fully agree that our children's education should be one of this community's major interest. Although I have no serious problems with the proposed nickel tax one of my great concerns is the allowing of our present structures to become in such disrepair that complete buildings have to be sacrificed. Is this tax just a continuation of the present policies of the board to desire new structures without a plan to maintain them with a budget as is? If so, do we plan on building and tearing down? s/Pam Farr This story was posted on 2009-11-18 07:26:25
