2009 Christmas in Columbia theme is Christmas Dreams Chairpersons are taken reservations for booth rentals until November 27, and for decorating contests and parade entries until November 30, 2009 "Christmas Dreams" has been chosen as the theme for the 2009 Christmas in Columbia Weekend, scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, December 4, 5, 6, 2009. The Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce is already accepting reservations for booth space, decorating contest entries, and entries for the Christmas Parade. Nancy Cozby is chairperson for booth rentals The chairperson for the booth rentals is Nancy Cozby, who can be contacted at (270) 385-9213 or messages can be left for her at the Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce at (270) 384-6020. Inside booths for arts, crafts and goodies are $25 for an 8 x 10 spot. Outside food venders spots are $35. Vendor are reminded that the deadline for booth rentals is Thursday, November 27, 2009. Sheila Hare is chairperson for the decorating contest Sheila Hare is chairperson for the Christmas Decorating contest.
