Switching parties can be done on fewer days in Adair Co., KY By Sheila Blair, Adair Co., KY, Clerk Due to the special election for the school tax, which will be held December 15, 2009, there will be a change in the deadline in which you may change your party affiliation. The law requires us to close the registration books 28 days prior and 7 days after each election. Therefore, anyone wanting to change their party affiliation may do so on the following dates.
