FSA is accepting applications for grazing loss payments The Columbia FSA Service Center, 957 Campbellsville RD, Columbia, KY, is currently accepting Livestock Forage Program applications from Adair and Russell county producers.The Livestock Forage Program provides payments to eligible livestock producers that suffered livestock grazing losses due to the 2008 drought.
