By Ed Waggener It hasn't been a strong showing for the tax recall petition, but it now appears it has been sufficient and that it will be certified by Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair. Deputy Clerk Melissa Fletcher said at 6:24pmCT, Tuesday night, November 3, 2009, that the the number of validated signatures is 807, 52 more than required for certification. The 807 came with validation of signatures for 14 precincts.
