One injured in crash on Louie B Nunn, at Gradyville, KY KSP Trooper Clint Walker assisted at the scene by Adair EMS, Adair Fire Dept., and Adair Search and Rescue By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY ADAIR CO, KY- A collision occurred at 7:19pm, Friday, October 9, 2009, on the Louie B Nunn/Cumberland Parkway near the 38 mile marker near Gradyville, KY in Western Adair Co., KY. Charles Martin, age 44, of Columbia, TN was operating a 2007 Mazda westbound on the Parkway, when he apparently suffered a seizure. Martin, who was belted, exited the roadway on the right shoulder, traveled down a ditch line and struck the backside of a guardrail. He was transported by Adair County EMS to Westlake Hospital where he was treated and released for his injuries. Trooper Clint Walker was assisted at the scene by Trooper David Smith, Adair County fire, EMS, and Rescue.
