Visitation will be 1-9pmET, Tuesday at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home on3800 Bardstown, RD, Louisville, KY. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Daniel and Marilyn Sue Gill Whelan & was preceded in death by one brother Michael Whelan She is survived by her husband, Horace "Geno" Downs, III, and the following:
