Campbellsville Police make arrest in gun-pointing altercation

Campbellsville, KY, Police arrested Terry L. Bishop, 20, Greensburg, KY after an investigation after receiving a call that there was a man with a gun in the parking lot of Smith-Altman Insurance, 309 E. First Street, Campbellsville, KY.

The call came at approximately 10:38pmET, Friday evening, September 4, 2009.



Campbellsville Police report that, on arrival, it was determined that Terry L. Bishop had pointed a rifle and threatened Robert L. Anderson, 21, also of Greensburg.

A short time later, according to the Campbellsville Police, Mr. Bishop was located and the weapon was recovered. Mr. Bishop was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment 1st degree and tampering with physical evidence.

Officer Shannon Wilson of the Campbellsville Police Deparment was the investigating officer.
