She had was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville, KY

Beatrice Blankenship Light, Campbellsville, KY, die August 11, 2009, in Lebanon. The funeral service was Thursday, August 13, 2009, at the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY, by Dr. James Jones, with burial in the Parrott-Turner-Dabney Addition to Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville.

Pallbearers were Jeff Crouch, James Allen Kelly, Lilburn Kelly, Donald Whitley, and Donnie Whitley.



Beatrice Blankenship Light (December 30, 2009 - August 11, 2009)

Beatrice Blankenship Light of Campbellsville, daughter of the late James Robert Blankenship and Mary Ella "Mollie" Kelly Blankenship, was born December 30, 1916, in Green County, Kentucky. She died at 6:25 pmET., Tuesday, August 11, 2009 in Lebanon, KY. Age: 92

She had been employed by Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.

She united in marriage to Walter Herbert Light May 14, 1986. He preceded her in death May 8, 1990.

She is survived by several cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister: O. M. "Dallas" Blankenship and Cleo Blankenship Warner.
