ACHS fundraiser for Boys Basketball rings Monday, June 8, 2009

Boosters are raising money for Fifth Region Championship rings for the great 2008-2009 ACHS basketball team 1) With a percentage of the sales for June 8, 2009, at Fiesta Mexico, 819 Jamestown ST, Columbia, KY and 2) Through contributions to: Championship Rings, c/oMark Fudge, Adair Co. High School, 526 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY 42728

The Adair County High School Boys Basketball Boosters would like to encourage everyone to eat at Fiesta Mexico on Monday, June 8, 2009. The team will receive a percentage of sales for the entire day The money will be used for Fifth Region Championship rings.

Rings will be presented to the following:



Senior players:
  • Nick Fudge, who will be attending Transylvania University on a basketball scholarship
  • Darren Ballou, who will be attending Morehead University on a basketball scholarship
  • Cameron Murrell, who will be attending Lindsey Wilson College on a football scholarship
  • Corey Helm, who will be attending Lindsey Wilson College on a football scholarship
Junior players
  • Kyle Sandusky
  • Blake Perkins
  • Daniel Humphress
  • Dylan Newton
  • Tristan Reece
Sophomore players:
  • Trey Grider
  • Jon Hansel
  • Kyle Young
  • Alex Tooley<
Support staff
  • Kyle Dalton
  • Seth Williams
  • Matt Fudge
Coaching Staff
  • Mark Fudge, head coach
  • Mike Scott
  • Chad Bell
  • Jimmy Wentworth
Coach Fudge made a special comment about the graduating seniors. "They've really done well. To my knowledge," he said, this is the first time 100% of graduating senior players have all gotten athletic scholarships. It's a significant accomplishment, worth a considerable amount of money - in all," he said, "the value would be over $400,000."
