Town Square Park would be great About: "Downtown won't return to glory days until it is made safe To ColumbiaMagazine.com: Again I am thinking a town square park would be great for our community. Of course, safety is our first consideration. Bring back our downtown charm with some shops and parking available on the square. I see the same autos parked everyday on the square..leading me to believe it is the business owners, employees. Even with a two hour limit there is never anybody on the streets. Yet there are no parking spaces. s/Alice Wheeler This story was posted on 2009-05-09 04:36:40
