AC Fire Department responds to fires Tuesday, Wednesday By Donald Hare, Public Affairs Officer, ACFD Arson investigator called on fire at bank owned property The Adair County Fire Department responded to house fire at 6:15amCT, on Wednesday morning, May 6, 2009, to a house fire at 685 Sullivan Road, Columbia, KY, to property owned by the Bank of Columbia. Upon arrival house was engulfed in flames and was totally destroyed. There were 10 firemen on the scene for 1 hour. The case has been turned over to the Kentucky State Police Arson Investigator. Mobile Home Fire, 2126 Bliss Road, Columbia, KY The Adair Co. Fire Dept responded to a mobile home fire Tuesday afternoon, May 5, 2009, at 3:27pmCT, at 2126 Bliss Road, Columbia, KY to property owned by Ella Willis.
