Happy National Nurse's Week, Linda Grigsby A dual purpose letter: National Nurse's week is May 6-12, 2009; and Mother's Day is May 10, 2009 To ColumbiaMagazine.com: I just wanted to say Happy National Nurse Week to my mom, Linda Grigsby. She works at Summit Manor Nursing Home and has for many years. She is an excellent worker, very dedicated and devoted to her job. She is always there to listen and helps anyone she can when they need it. Everyone loves her there and I don't think there is one person around who doesn't know and love her. She's one of the best nurses around, she now works as the secretary during the day, but worked out on the floor for a really long time and worked very hard every day she was there. She loves all the patients and I feel like they all love her too. She needs to be recognized because of the outstanding job she's done in the past, does right now, and will do in the future. All the nurses there should be recognized because of the wonderful work they do caring for the elderly. When my grandma was there, before she passed, everyone was great and did what they could to help my mom out in her time of need! If anyone happens to stop by this week and see her (Linda Grigsby front office secretary-beside the elevator) stop in and let her know that she's doing a great job. I love you Mom, you're the best nurse in the world and the best Mom. Love, your daughter, Heather Shepard Happy Nurse's Week This story was posted on 2009-05-05 22:31:45
