Rain isn't stopping 4-H Carnival or fishing tournaments at GRL

Tony rose has just written to make sure eveyone knows that there will be a 4-H Carnival today, despite the rain. "The 4-H Carnival will be going on rain or shine," he wrote. "It will be located at the Adair County Elementary Gym. We will have games, inflatables, crafts, food and more. It is from 11:00amCT to 2:00pmCT. It is free to everyone and is open to all ages.

The same is so for the fishing tournaments at Green River Lake. Weigh-in is at 3:00pmCT for the Crappie USA tournament at Holmes Bend Boat Dock, 5380 Holmes Bend Road, Columbia, KY, according to Lindy Barr at Rerun's Holmes Bend General Store. "There's a good crowd at the Bass Tournament over in Taylor County, too, we're hearing," she added.
