C-AC Chamber meets at Columbia UMC for May meeting

Annual picnic is June 16, 2009

Mary Phelps-Hathaway, Market Equine Insurance Specialist, will be the guest speaker at the monthly Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce luncheon at 11:45amCT, Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at the Columbia United Methodist Church, 202 Burkesville ST, Columbia, KY.

The speaker give an overview on the Kentucky Experience at the FEI World Equestrian Games 2010 to be held at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, and what it means for Kentucky to be hosting this event.

There will be a catered lunch. Reservations are required. Call the Chamber office at (270) 384-6020 and make your reservations not later than noon May 15, 2009.

A reminder, too, that the Annual Chamber Picnic at the Roadside Park, KY 55 South, will be Tuesday, June 16, 2009, and reservations are required for this event. -SUE STIVERS, Executive Director
