AC Fair gives band huge opportunity with concession booths gift BIG HEROES FOR BAND: This could be biggest boost of all to the fund drive to get the Adair County Marching Band to the 2009 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City! By Greg Thomas The Adair County Fair Association has given the Adair County Band Boosters the concession stands for the 2009 Fair to help them raise money to meet their goal for their Macy Parade trip. The value of the stands have ranged from $6,000 to $10,000 in the past few years. The Band Boosters will be in for a full week of hard work but the Adair County Fair Association wishes them luck and hope they reach their goal.
